Elliots recognize maintaining good hygiene is absolutely critical Alongside regular washing of hands throughout the day , we have also introduced regular clean down processes where areas of multiple contact points get disinfected to strict guidelines.
We know peoples day to day lives are severely disrupted right now because of coronavirusand we are working hard to ensure that we provide the best service to you during this period
We wish to assure you we are doing everything possible to make sure you receive your parcels on time but please prepare for delays due to unprecedented demand on companies and couriers. We ask that you bear with us during these most unusual times.
To adhere to Government advice on social distancing to keep couriers and customers safe please consider leaving information of a safe place to leave your parcels for our couriers wherever possible. If signatures are required the courier will place the parcel on your doorstep ring the bell and stand back. Only when you answer the door will they then sign the terminal for you.
Finally we wish to thank you for your understanding, co-operation and patience during these uncertain times . It is down to your continued support that these fantastic people are able to keep deliveries moving across the country.
