Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as use of and/or buying from Elliots Pet Warehouse site means you will be bound by them.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the information contained on this site are correct and up to date. However information may at times become out of date. To the full extent permitted by UK law but subject to the terms and conditions of sale referred to below we disclaim all warranties and representations (whatever implied or expressed) as to accuracy of the information contained within the site.

The content of this site is owned by Elliots Pet Warehouse and you may not copy, reproduce ,modify, distribute, republish, resell, display, post or transmit any part of this site without permission from Elliots Pet Warehouse.

All prices quoted are in GBP (£)and include VAT at the current rate set by UK government.
Please note in some cases certain products are sold flat packed and will require assembly.
5 Stock Availability
We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched quickly. From time to time some items may sell out or if we find them to be damaged we will contact you within 48 hours. Should this occur we will give you the option to order an alternative or give a full refund as required by you the customer.
Should you change your mind about anything that you have ordered you can cancel the order with no charge to yourself so long as you do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. Refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving the goods back as sold. Full details of our returns policy can be found on our refunds section.
7 Statutory Rights
The customers contract with Elliots Pet Warehouse does not affect the customers statutory rights.
8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
RETURNS POLICY No quibble returns
Products can be returned up to 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
The product must be in its original packaging unopened and in a re-saleable condition & all parts must be returned, this includes batteries if they are supplied.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item ordered arrives damaged or faulty.
We cannot accept part used packets of food , medicines, or accidentally damaged or used items. All plastics ie litter trays, carriers are fully inspected prior to dispatch , if one is delivered damaged it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt..
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS ?
If any items you order are received damaged you will need to inform us within 24 hours of receipt. The packaging must be retained until further notice. If you knowingly accept a damaged parcel it must be noted on the couriers signature terminal.
Before we can replace an item for a refund we will ask that the item is returned to us via the cheapest means possible. If using Royal Mail we advise you get a proof of postage certificate.
We will also ask that you send us a photo of any damaged packing as it arrived to allow us to claim compensation back from the couriers.
If we decide not to have the item returned we will also ask for a photo of the damage again to allow us top claim compensation from the courier.
You WILL NOT be responsible for the cost of returning damaged items. A receipt should be sent to us so that the postage can be refunded to you.
Please note you cannot accept goods back that have failed due to misuse , een altered, used or where diy repairs have been attempted. If goods arrive faulty we will refund as long as they are returned in original condition within 14 days.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN ITEMS FOR A REFUND ?
We at Elliots want you to be happy with any purchase you have made from us. So if for any reason regardless of what the reason is you wish to return an item , fill in the returns slip that came with your order and return it to us using the cheapest method possible for a full refund. Please note cost of returns other than faulty or damaged items is to be met by the customer.
