What Couriers do you use to send my order?
We use Royal Mail tracked 48 to send orders via. On the odd occasion we may have to use an alternative courier but this is the exception rather than the rule.n
Do you offer Free Delivery ?
Yes we offer free Delivery on orders over £69 to most mainland UK addresses. T&Cs apply.
Do you accept returns ?

Are all goods available for immediate dispatch ?
Yes unlike some online stores we dont advertise goods unless we have them in actual stock. There may be the rare occasion when an item might not be available after ordering due to damage etc caused in our warehouse. On these very rare occasions we will offer a refund or an alternative product.

Can I buy from you direct at your premises ?
We are an online based business and sadly we are not allowed to have members of the public visit our warehouse. However we do attend several shows throughout the year where you can meet us in person and shop till you drop.Details of these shows are featured on our website.

Yes we sell a full range of GCCF compliant Cat Show Whites. From full kits to single items. We also sell Cat Show White Beds. All white blankets are double thickness and professionally stitched not simply overlocked.
Do you sell cat toys ?
Yes we sell a large range of cat toys. We also stock a wide range of KONG cat toys and are an approved KONG UK stockist.
Can I get grooming products at Elliots ?
Elliots sells a large range of cat grooming products from top brands such as Baldecchi, Hydra, Tropiclean, Groomers Goop, Chris Christensen, L'Oscar. Eye Envy. & Ceva.There is also a host of groomig tools from Trixie, Ancol and Mikki amongst other brands.
Elliots is a Cat Superstore so im guessing i cant buy dog items ?
Actully yes you can. Although mainly cat orientated we sell a small range of dog toys, dog grooming products as well as a small range of other items such as disinfectants.
Do you sell cat and dog foods ?
We sell a range of natural cat foods and cat treats. We do not however sell dog foods or treats.
What cat treats do you recommend ?
Elliots advise cat treats should be as natural as possible with a high meat content. freeze dried cat treats are an excellent option. Elliots sells several brands plus pure meat options such as tuna and mackerel loins.
